ERP Image Migration Clerk in Mississauga

We are looking for an ERP Image Migration Clerk to support a Contract assignment in Mississauga, Ontario.

In this role, you will help maintain accurate product records by organizing, reviewing, and updating image data within enterprise systems.

This opportunity is well suited to someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with structured data, and able to manage quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Move product images into the current ERP environment and ensure each file is linked to the appropriate inventory record.- Match visual assets to the correct stock lines and item entries with a high degree of accuracy.- Check uploaded images carefully to confirm they correspond to the right parts and meet established data standards.- Compare completed records with source information to identify discrepancies and correct issues promptly.- Apply quality assurance procedures throughout the process to reduce errors and maintain data integrity.- Use a provided spreadsheet to identify priority items and focus efforts on higher-value inventory first.- Coordinate with colleagues to keep work on schedule and support consistent migration results.- Document issues, exceptions, and progress updates to help maintain visibility across the project team.- Experience working with data analysis, record validation, or similar data-focused administrative tasks.- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review large volumes of information accurately.- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, for sorting, tracking, and prioritizing work.- Familiarity with quality assurance practices and data verification methods.- Ability to work with reporting tools, dashboards, or structured datasets to monitor progress and outcomes.- Knowledge of SQL queries, data mining techniques, or related analytical tools is considered an asset.- Comfortable collaborating with team members while managing deadlines in a Contract work environment.
