Our client, a law firm based in Drummondville with decades of experience, is currently looking for a bilingual paralegal with significant experience in corporate and transactional law.

YOUR ROLE: Prepare all documents related to simple or complex transactions; Draft legal documents; Support junior and intermediate assistants and paralegals (review, mentoring, training); Perform annual company updates; Perform annual company updates; Verify minute books; Update corporate data in En Act.
SKILLS REQUIRED: DCS in Paralegal Technology or any other equivalent studies; Significative experience in corporate transactional law; Good level of bilingualism, both written and spoken Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Autonomy, rigor and good management of priorities; Interpersonal skills and proactivity.
