Mission
- You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving critical infrastructure environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
Data Center Operations:
- Ensure high availability of systems and services
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure environments
- Troubleshoot incidents and implement long-term solutions
- Administer physical and virtual environments (servers, storage, networking)
- Manage production changes and maintain documentation
- Ensure data integrity, backup, and security
Client & Support Activities:
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support
- Contribute to solution design and technical recommendations
- Maintain and administer hosted client systems
- Document processes and technical solutions
Operations & Governance:
- Produce and maintain technical documentation
- Improve operational procedures
- Support infrastructure projects and team objectives
- Participate in on-call rotation
Your profile
- Degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system/infrastructure administration
- Strong expertise in VMware (mandatory)
- Solid knowledge of: Windows 11 / Windows Server, Linux environments
- Experience with Hyper-V or Proxmox
- Advanced networking skills (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, BGP)
- Experience working in data center environments (physical servers, SAN)
Nice to have:
- Azure, O365, Intune
- Infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform)
- Certifications (AZ-104, MD-102, CompTIA, etc.)
