As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for delivering our products on time to customers while representing RONA with professionalism. Operating a Class 3 truck, Moffett forklift, or crane truck, you'll provide reliable and efficient service, contributing to our mission of excellence.
Your role:
- Drive a four-ton truck (class 3) and operate a forklift (Moffett type) as well as a crane truck for deliveries (Boom truck).
- Handle orders, including invoices, payments, and returns, delivering excellent customer service aligned with SMART principles.
- Regularly maintain and inspect the truck and equipment to comply with RONA standards and legal requirements.
- Load/unload trucks, deliver products to designated sites, and handle goods as needed.
- Support department maintenance and order preparation while adhering to health, safety, and loss prevention standards.
What we're looking for:
- Class 3 driver's license with driving experience or CFTR certification, and driving record with no more than 3 demerit points.
- Moffett forklift license (asset) and ability to operate a boom truck.
- Ability to handle physical tasks (loads up to 23 kg) and work outdoors up to 80% of the time.
- Customer service skills and proficiency with electronic tools (Zebra).
