I am looking for a Finance Director for a multinational manufacturing company in Boisbriand. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting monthly and annual closings and preparing financial statements and reports.
- Supervise an accounting team of 4 to 5 people.
- Oversee cash management, the general ledger, taxes, internal controls, and consolidation.
- Manage manufacturing accounting, including the analysis of costs, margins, and profitability.
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process and monitor financial performance.
- Oversee the management of assets, commercial insurance, and balance sheet accounts.
- Produce various financial analyses to support decisions made by management and corporate headquarters.
- Participate in strategic planning and implement initiatives aimed at improving processes and profitability.
- Perform all other related duties.
Your Profile:
- CPA certification required
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience with SAP (a significant asset)
- Leadership
- Bilingual in French and English to communicate with international executives
