Build Jobber's payments growth engine across Canada with GTM operations, strategy, analytics, and cross-functional leadership. The role supports remote employees outside hub cities.
As Payments GTM Operations and Strategy Lead, you will establish a new function within Jobber's Fintech department. You will coordinate Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, Risk, Operations, Analytics, and Product Development. Your work will help customers discover and use payments products while accelerating revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map and rebuild the end-to-end payments customer journey
- Design programs and run adoption and usage experiments
- Define payments GTM metrics and accountability
- Connect GTM teams, Product, RevOps, and Analytics
- Use data and insights to measure results
Requirements:
- Operating experience identifying opportunities and mobilizing teams
- Strategy experience making data-driven recommendations
- Understanding of payments and financial services business models
- Strong analytics instincts and stakeholder management skills
- Experience designing scalable operational processes
