This BIM/CADD Manager role supports MEP development and coordination across construction projects. You will create models, produce drawings, interpret mark-ups, and coordinate with engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams. The work focuses on accurate deliverables aligned with requirements, schedules, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop BIM models and drawings from concepts, sketches, and design inputs
- Produce detailed Revit drawings for electrical and mechanical systems
- Detect clashes and coordinate MEP systems with building components
- Review deliverables and implement revisions for errors or omissions
- Issue complete drawing sets for review and client approval
Requirements:
- One to three years of hands-on BIM modeling experience
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, or related software
- Diploma in building systems or electrical or mechanical engineering technology
- Experience interpreting mark-ups and specifications across project phases
- Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
