WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Servecustomerswithenthusiasmandrespondtotheirneedsbyconductingvarioussearches;
- Respondtointernalrequestsfromshoptechnicians;
- Efficientlymaintaininventorymovementsin the parts system andkeepaccurateinventoryat all times;
- Organizeshowroom displays tomeetcustomerneeds;
- Ensurethereceivingand shipping of parts merchandise;
- Sellall types ofcomplementaryorrelatedproductsbasedon thecustomer'sinitialrequest;
- Alwayscomplywithworkplacehealthandsafetystandards andpolicies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- Experience as a parts clerk (in the agricultural or industrial field) is considered an asset.
- A genuine passion for the agricultural, commercial, or industrial sector.
- Functional English: an asset to serve English-speaking customers related to the role.
- Strong skills in verbal communication, active listening, understanding customer needs, thoroughness in your research, and a true passion for customer service!
