Founded in 1984, JJS CANADA is the exclusive Canadian importer of leading brands such as Sia Abrasives, Lamello, PRO-FLEX, and On-System. With a presence in Quebec and Ontario, JJS CANADA is actively expanding across Canada.
Our success rests on three fundamental pillars: the quality of our products, the expertise of our teams, and the strength of our partners. Our ambition is clear: to be part of every project, across Canada, while taking care of our employees, our organization, and our environment. As markets evolve and challenges multiply, we move forward with agility and commitment. If you’d like to contribute to this evolution and put your skills and passion to work for a dynamic team, JJS CANADA is the place for you.
Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy growing a business? Take the reins of your territory at JJS CANADA. We are looking for an independent, dynamic, and results-oriented individual to grow sales in the Vancouver area. You will manage your territory as if it were your own business: get to know your market, identify opportunities, schedule visits, and build relationships that lead to sustainable growth. This will give you true autonomy in organizing your activities, with the support of our customer service team and our technical resources.
Your mission: to help your region grow by becoming a trusted partner to your distributors and the customers who use our products.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage your territory: set your priorities, prepare your development plan, and organize your activities to achieve your sales goals.
- Grow the business: prospect for new customers, develop existing accounts, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Be present in the field: meet with customers, understand their challenges, and offer them tailored solutions.
- Bring our products to life: conduct demonstrations and hands-on training to showcase their value.
- Close deals and build loyalty: prepare proposals, negotiate in line with JJS guidelines, and provide attentive follow-up.
- Track your performance: use the Pipedrive CRM to manage your sales opportunities, monitor your results, and adjust your approach.
- Work as a team: leverage internal resources to deliver a high-quality customer experience and participate in events in your market.
