As Marketing Operations Manager, you will administer HubSpot and co-administer Salesforce across a B2B SaaS environment. You will manage integrations, lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, reporting, and data governance. The position supports alignment between Marketing, Sales Leadership, and BDR managers through documented workflows and reliable handoffs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously optimize the end-to-end MarTech stack
- Administer HubSpot and co-administer Salesforce environments
- Design lead scoring and lifecycle stage definitions
- Manage complex lead assignment and routing rules
- Build dashboards tracking attribution, pipeline, and campaign performance
Requirements:
- Four to seven-plus years in Marketing Operations
- Advanced HubSpot and Salesforce administrative experience
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, sync logic, and field mapping
- Experience building attribution models and executive dashboards
- HubSpot Marketing Software or Operations Hub certification preferred
