As Warehouse Manager, you will lead warehouse operations within JD Logistics, part of JD.com. The work covers WMS/OMS, operational KPIs, inventory management, process design, planning, and cost control. You will coordinate with logistics, sales, and other departments to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize inbound, inventory, and outbound warehouse processes
- Improve layouts, routes, equipment configuration, and operational efficiency
- Manage inventory health, turnover, accuracy, and warehouse costs
- Lead teams, training plans, standards, and quality monitoring
- Analyze data and coordinate solutions for operational exceptions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field
- Five-plus years in 3PL or warehouse operations
- Team management experience with warehouse systems knowledge
- Process design, warehouse planning, and cost control experience
- Mandarin bilingual ability is required
