As Senior Director, you will lead Jewish Federation of British Columbia’s Community Cybersecurity Program. You will protect critical information assets across JFBC and participating organizations while guiding security requirements. The work includes policies, controls, training, incident response, and secure technology implementation. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic information security programs Oversee risk assessments and vulnerability mitigation controls Guide participating organizations on cybersecurity requirements Manage security awareness and training programs Communicate risks and mitigation strategies to senior management Requirements:
Seven to ten years of information security experience Proven success leading and managing security programs Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, and Canadian controls Professional cybersecurity or project management certifications Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Direct community-wide cybersecurity governance through risk management, training, incident guidance, and secure systems at JFBC.
