As a Lead Installer, you will complete residential heat pump installations and guide less experienced technicians. The work includes blueprints, wiring diagrams, refrigerant procedures, local building codes, and customer communication. You will help shape Jetson's new market operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete heat pump installations from start to finish
- Recover, evacuate, and properly charge refrigerant systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams during installations
- Guide crews and train less experienced installers
- Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout each job
Requirements:
- Extensive residential HVAC installation experience
- Proven experience leading an installation crew
- EPA Section 608 Certification required
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics
- Physical stamina for heavy equipment and varied conditions
