About Jetson
Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better. Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, yet adoption of solutions like heat pumps remains slow due to cost and complexity. Jetson is solving this by building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company β making clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable. We rely heavily on technology, automation, and data to scale this impact. At Jetson, we value people who are excellent at their craft, curious about new tools (including AI), and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Market Growth Lead who believes the time is now to make a difference. This is an opportunity to join on the ground floor and drive growth across multiple Jetson markets, each with its own dynamics down to the municipality, utility, and rebate level. You'll partner with the sales and marketing teams and share accountability for hitting the sales target in your markets, and you'll live in the funnel every day, from first lead through signed contract and install, spotting where performance is slipping or where upside is being left on the table.
What You Will Do
- Share accountability with Sales for the sales target in your markets, and own visibility into the full funnel behind it β leads, booked consultations, proposals/quotes, won deals, and cancellations β with a weekly forecast by market and early warning on risks.
- Review funnel performance daily and diagnose what's driving changes in volume, conversion, speed, and cost, down to the municipality, utility, and rebate or non-rebate cohort, whether it's lead quality, channel mix, speed-to-lead, close rates, pricing, or install capacity.
- Turn insight into action by prioritizing the highest-leverage fixes across markets, recommending where spend and resources should shift, and driving changes to completion with Sales, Marketing, Field Marketing, and Operations owners.
- Develop a deep understanding of each market β competitors, seasonality, local utilities, rebates and incentives, and customer behaviour β and use it to shape and drive programs tailored to each market with the teams who run them.
- Run a weekly performance review across your markets with a clear, prioritized action log (owners, deadlines, results) and report progress to leadership.
What You Bring
- 5β8+ years in market or city GM, growth, revenue operations, sales or marketing management, strategy and operations, or consulting roles, with direct accountability for a revenue or volume target.
- Strong analytical skills β you work directly in dashboards, CRM data, and spreadsheets to answer your own questions.
- A track record of driving results across teams you don't manage, through clear thinking, credibility, and direct communication.
- Fluency across the full funnel, including how marketing, lead handling, and sales execution connect and where they typically break.
- Experience making data-backed recommendations on budget and resource allocation across multiple markets or channels, and influencing the teams who own them.
- A bias to action and comfort making calls on imperfect information.
- Experience in home services, HVAC, solar, or other considered-purchase consumer businesses is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the markets you oversee to spend time with local teams, partners, and customers.
- Experience with modern tools, including AI, to automate and make your day more efficient.
