You will manage pay for a growing workforce across hourly, salaried, piece-rate, and commission structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance as Jetson expands.
You will set up and optimize ADP processes, support month-end close, and drive payroll automation across new markets while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
