Jetson is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to enhance payroll functions for its expanding team. You will oversee the payroll for hourly, salaried, and commission-earning employees while ensuring compliance with provincial and state laws. Your expertise will significantly influence financial processes and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using ADP
- Calculate piece-rate pay for field technicians accurately
- Ensure timely and precise sales commission payments
- Reconcile payroll data with the general ledger
- Maintain compliance with Canadian and U.S. payroll requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years payroll experience across Canada and the U.S.
- PCP/CPM or CPP designation preferred
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar
- Strong Excel skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with AI tools for payroll efficiency
