Lead customer software implementations from Montreal in a hybrid Senior Project Manager role requiring planning, scheduling, and client engagement. Jeppesen ForeFlight seeks a customer-facing Senior Project Manager reporting to the Senior Manager of Implementation. You will manage multiple projects and programs across the Americas, applying project and program management, schedule management, and cross-functional leadership. The role also includes mentoring junior Project Managers and traveling between global offices and customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer software implementation projects and programs
- Create and maintain schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
- Coordinate Boeing, Jeppesen, vendor, partner, and department activities
- Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation actions
- Manage scope, communications, expectations, and customer changes
Requirements:
- 10 or more years of related work experience
- At least seven years of project management experience
- At least five years of customer-facing experience
- Ability to travel 20 to 40 percent
- Experience with complex technical software implementations preferred
- Apply project leadership, customer communication, and implementation expertise while mentoring teams and delivering software programs across the Americas.
