Analyzing Oracle data will be key in optimizing product layout and ensuring displays change with the seasons and retail events. Effective communication with the Town Merchandiser will enable you to refine in-store visual strategies continually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers through creative visual displays
- Analyze and implement Oracle data for layout success
- Alter displays and windows seasonally and for events
- Communicate visual updates to Town Merchandiser
- Support promotional strategies in-store
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant visual merchandising experience
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to lead and develop retail teams
