Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily stockroom operations, labeling, placement, order, and cleanliness
- Manage e-commerce picking, packing, and customer order shipping
- Research inventory discrepancies and reduce store shrinkage
- Oversee supplies for daily and weekly store operations
- Train staff and foster personal progression
Requirements:
- Three-plus years of stockroom or distribution center experience
- Two-plus years of people management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, organized, task-oriented, detail-focused approach
- Full-time availability, including occasional late nights, weekends, and holidays
