Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care per established care plans
- Coordinate and oversee designated nursing personnel
- Ensure accurate documentation of resident information
- Facilitate orientation for new team members and residents
- Participate in assigned committees focused on quality improvement
Requirements:
- Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses
- Experience in Long-Term Care (Gerontology) is an asset
- Strong leadership and communication skills required
- Active interest in ongoing education and professional development
- Must be computer literate and meet MOH requirements
