JAM seeks a full-time Customer Experience Associate with at least one year of customer service or customer experience experience. You will support players across recreational leagues and programs through clear communication, problem solving, registration assistance, and issue resolution. The mission is helping players feel heard, supported, and excited to keep playing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support players by phone, email, and in person
- Resolve player issues quickly, thoroughly, fairly, and consistently
- Assist registrations and promote JAM leagues and programs
- Manage discipline, injuries, rosters, and game-related issues
- Flag recurring issues and share improvement insights
Requirements:
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Confidence handling phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Calm, fair approach to complaints and tough conversations
- Clear, friendly, professional communication skills
- Comfort learning systems and new tools
