Shape AI-first customer support messaging at Botpress through customer research, positioning, and conversion-focused product marketing. Work fully in-office with a product growth pod. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own Botpress’s product and company story. You will report to the Director of Product Growth and work with the VP Marketing on narrative development. Your work will connect product insights, B2B buyer needs, and funnel performance. You will help reach customer support leaders across North America and improve movement from landing page to signup to paid conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run customer interviews, market research, and win/loss analysis
- Build positioning and messaging from research findings
- Roll out narratives across pages, onboarding, decks, and email
- Rebuild HubSpot nurture workflows using product signals
- Support pricing, packaging, sales, and product messaging
Requirements:
- Exceptional B2B copywriting and storytelling portfolio
- Experience positioning products at early-stage companies or during pivots
- Ability to conduct research and translate findings into messaging
- Ability to build emails, workflows, and page updates in HubSpot
