As a Senior Account Executive at Botpress, you will sell an enterprise-grade AI agent platform for customer experience. You will guide CX and support leaders through complex buying decisions involving helpdesks, CRM, knowledge bases, and back-office systems. Your work connects resolution rates, cost-to-serve, customer satisfaction, and agent productivity to executive priorities. You will also partner with Solutions Engineering on proofs of value using real systems and data. Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder AI-driven CX sales cycles Build business cases tied to executive outcomes Design proofs of value with Solutions Engineering Develop outbound pipeline across named enterprise accounts Position Botpress alongside ecosystem partners and platforms Requirements:
Five-plus years closing complex B2B SaaS deals Quota achievement in a full-cycle sales role Experience selling AI solutions, automation, or ML products Experience selling CX or support transformation Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data, and security Bring enterprise selling, AI expertise, and CX transformation knowledge to expand Botpress across the North American market.
