The work involves commercial and residential projects, site evaluations, estimating software, documentation, and expert reports. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule inspections and evaluate property damage scopes
- Estimate commercial and residential projects using industry software
- Review project documents, contracts, reports, and correspondence
- Provide technical direction to other consultants
- Support client relationships and business development activities
Requirements:
- Two or more years of estimating experience
- Restoration, insurance, or remediation field experience
- Proficiency with Xactimate, Symbility, RS Means, or similar
- Strong analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel thirty percent
