The Driver and Fleet Support Administrator serves as a primary contact for drivers and operators. This position combines driver onboarding, account reviews, database maintenance, financial transactions, and customer support. Success requires professionalism, confidentiality, analytical thinking, and calm prioritization while handling high-volume work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist drivers with system access, account reviews, and reporting tools
- Maintain accurate driver records, files, databases, and documentation
- Reconcile driver transactions, expenses, insurance, and account balances
- Monitor overdue balances and support collection activities
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and traffic ticket processing
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication with diverse stakeholders
- Three years of transaction-driven accounting or administration experience
- Two years managing databases, subledgers, or accounting systems
- Bondable, trustworthy, accurate, and detail-oriented
