Coordinate Ivey Executive Education programs using strong organization and digital tools. This full-time, temporary contract supports programs across London, Toronto, and other locations.
Reporting to the Project Specialist, the Program Coordinator supports non-degree and Custom-Specific programs. You will work with Program Managers and Client Relations Officers while managing logistics, participant communications, and technology platforms. The role requires accuracy, initiative, and dependable follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of Ivey Executive Education programs
- Coordinate vendors, facilities, schedules, and program materials
- Manage Advanced Impact Certificate participant and coach communications
- Host select virtual sessions and support classroom setup
- Synthesize program evaluation feedback into summary documents
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or recognized two-year community college diploma
- Three years' experience in service and team-oriented environments
- Exceptional organization and detail-focused accuracy
- Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Availability for evenings and weekends when required
