Lead quality assurance for complex enterprise solutions, working fully onsite in downtown Toronto five days weekly. This contract role oversees end-to-end testing within a government environment. You will define strategies, lead manual and automated testing, manage defects, and assess release readiness. Success requires strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, schedules, and completion reports
- Lead functional, integration, regression, accessibility, security, and acceptance testing
- Oversee manual and automated testing across interfaces, APIs, and databases
- Coordinate test environments, data, tools, resources, and schedules
- Communicate quality risks and release readiness recommendations
Requirements:
- Experience leading end-to-end testing for complex digital solutions
- Strong test strategy, planning, scripting, and reporting experience
- Hands-on knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across business and technical stakeholders
- Strong defect management, traceability, coverage, and quality reporting skills
- Bring senior testing leadership, defect management, and quality assessment expertise to this fully onsite Toronto contract.
