Design secure, resilient network solutions with ISM using routing, switching, and network architecture expertise. Work location is preferably Regina, Saskatchewan, or depends on the successful candidate. As Technical Solutions Manager, also identified as Network Solutions Architect, you will design, validate, implement, and transition network technologies into production operations. You will collaborate across customers, Architecture, Sales, Operations, Security, Compliance, and technology vendors. The position also provides senior technical support for complex network escalations. Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed network service solutions from business requirements Produce technical documents, diagrams, presentations, and transition training Build equipment, rollback, impact analysis, and business plans Support lab and production infrastructure Resolve escalations with stakeholders and vendors Requirements:
Five-plus years designing, implementing, and supporting complex networks Strong routing, switching, TCP/IP, MPLS, VPRN, NAT, and QoS knowledge Experience with firewalls, IPSec, RADIUS, TACACS+, and security practices Relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience Relevant technical certifications are essential Apply network architecture, security, stakeholder leadership, and technical escalation expertise as ISM’s Technical Solutions Manager.
