As a Test Development Engineer, you will design, implement, and run test scenarios for Island's customer-facing products. You will work with R&D engineering teams on new features and releases, while adapting testing plans to enterprise customer use cases and environments. The work also includes improving test solutions, debugging test code, and fixing product bugs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement manual and automated test scenarios

Requirements:
- Four or more years designing manual tests
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agents

- Creativity solving challenging requirements
