Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat ED patient presentations as licensed
- Order and follow up on diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with the supervising emergency physician
- Perform procedures based on demonstrated competence
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives in the ED
Requirements:
- Medical degree from a recognized institution
- Two years of accredited postgraduate training
- Completion of MCCQE or USMLE steps
- Eligible for CPSBC registration as Associate Physician
- Canadian citizenship or relevant residency status
