Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with existing donors and community stakeholders

- Recruit, train, and lead regional volunteer teams
- Plan and execute grassroots and larger scale events

Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination and event management
- Strong interpersonal skills to build community relationships
- Ability to manage and motivate volunteers
- IT literacy with Google Suite and project management tools
- Valid driving license and flexibility for travel
