Key Duties of the position include:
- Supervise farm operations.
- Create work schedules.
- Co-ordinate the activities of our farm workers
- Train new employees and assist workers in their duties as needed.
- Ensure all health and safety measures are being always followed by all the workers.
- Oversee sorting and overall handling of produce to ensure highest possible quality of our production.
- Making farm deliveries between locations when needed.
Requirements:
- Language required: English
- Education: no minimum education required
- Physically capable, able to lift 40-60 pounds regularly.
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Able to follow safe work practices.
- Valid BC Drivers License is an asset
Benefits:
