Ipsos seeks Canadian Project Schedulers for specific project tasks supporting its Channel Performance Service Line. Contractors optimize shop allocation using Sassie and SMX, coordinate Mystery Shoppers, and support timely, accurate project execution. The work is assigned at project level and invoiced according to the contractor agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize shop allocation through Sassie and SMX
- Coordinate Mystery Shopper schedules and follow up overdue assignments
- Repost declined shops and send targeted or bonus emails
- Answer project questions and support successful shop execution
- Replace or return shops flagged by validation or Client Success
Requirements:
- Availability for 30–40 hours Monday through Friday
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Proactive, adaptable approach with strong time management
- Critical thinking and independent problem-solving ability
- English fluency; French fluency is an asset
