Shape standardized SAP-enabled processes and master data governance for IPEX’s manufacturing and distribution network. Support scalable operations through enterprise-wide transformation leadership. As Director, Enterprise Process & Business Readiness, you will establish IPEX’s future-state process model and governance mechanisms. You will partner with Business Process Owners, Data Governance, Data Stewards, IT, and site leadership. The mandate covers process harmonization, operational master data quality, local-practice alignment, and adoption of SAP standard functionality. Key Responsibilities:
Define future-state business process models and simplification opportunities Govern standardized processes and minimize local customization Resolve conflicts between local practices and enterprise process design Own master data governance, quality, and stewardship Approve and prioritize compliant master data changes Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or business MBA considered beneficial Ten to fifteen years in operations or transformation leadership Experience establishing master data governance and quality programs Experience influencing senior operational and functional leaders Bring process governance, master data, and SAP transformation expertise to standardize how IPEX operates across locations.
