IPEX seeks a Licensed Millwright, also known as an Industrial Mechanic, for its Mississauga, Ontario operation. The work covers installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and facilities. Hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, blueprint-reading, and diagnostic skills are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records
- Support shutdowns, emergency repairs, and equipment recovery
- Guide apprentices and helpers when required
Requirements:
- Current Ontario or Interprovincial Millwright trade certification
- Completed Ontario or Interprovincial apprenticeship program
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding skills
- Comfort working at heights and around industrial machinery
