The Manager, Talent Acquisition reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. This position partners with leaders to understand staffing needs, supports strategic initiatives, and promotes Aliaxis North American brands, including IPEX. You will lead Talent Acquisition professionals across North America while overseeing daily recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment initiatives with the Talent Acquisition leadership team
- Lead continuous improvement projects for candidate experience
- Develop sourcing strategies for difficult regions and skill sets
- Manage Talent Acquisition professionals through coaching and metrics
- Support senior-level full-cycle recruitment across the business
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources
- Seven-plus years of recruitment experience
- Five-plus years in senior recruitment and leadership
- Experience building recruitment metrics and reporting
- Strong project management and Microsoft Office skills
