Lead SAP business transformation at IPEX by aligning enterprise processes, operational readiness, and deployment governance across manufacturing and distribution. The Director, Enterprise Process and Business Readiness leads business transformation activities supporting SAP deployment across IPEX. This senior leader partners with ERP Delivery, Change and Training, Data Governance, Business Process Owners, functional leaders, site teams, and IT. The mandate includes process standardization, stakeholder alignment, master data governance, readiness measurement, and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish future-state processes using SAP capabilities and leading practices
- Harmonize enterprise standards with site operational requirements
- Govern operational master data quality and stewardship
- Develop ERP business readiness strategy and contingency plans
- Lead readiness reviews with executives and deployment governance teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or business
- Ten to fifteen years of progressive leadership experience
- Large-scale, multi-year ERP deployment experience, preferably SAP
- Experience standardizing processes across manufacturing locations
- Experience influencing senior operational and functional leaders
- Direct enterprise SAP readiness, process governance, master data, and transformation across IPEX’s manufacturing and distribution network.
