Shape IPEX’s future-state operating model through SAP process transformation, master data governance, and cross-site operational alignment. The Director, Enterprise Process and Business Readiness owns enterprise process transformation for IPEX’s SAP deployment. Working with Business Process Owners, functional leaders, operational teams, Data Governance, and IT, this leader establishes standardized practices across manufacturing plants and distribution centres. The work supports scalability, compliance, efficiency, and SAP standard functionality. Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise process transformation and future-state model development Facilitate process harmonization workshops with operational leadership Resolve conflicts between local practices and enterprise design Approve and prioritize operational master data changes Drive adoption of standardized SAP-enabled business processes Requirements:
Degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or business MBA considered beneficial Ten to fifteen years in manufacturing or transformation leadership Experience deploying standardized processes across multiple sites Demonstrated enterprise-wide transformation leadership success Bring enterprise process leadership, SAP transformation experience, and operational governance expertise to IPEX’s multi-site network.
