SOAHAC is seeking a Family Physician to join our interdisciplinary primary care team at our London site. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive family medicine services, participate in collaborative case planning, and contribute to prevention and health promotion initiatives within a culturally safe, trauma-informed framework.
Work is in an Aboriginal Health Access Centre environment with a team including Traditional Healers, Elders, NPs, RNs, mental health clinicians and social workers.
