You will lead a diverse team delivering ERP/Saa S implementations, shaping the delivery model to meet client needs and maintain healthy margins.
You will drive customer outcomes, partner with Sales on scoping and pricing, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to scale delivery.
This is a fully remote, Canada-based leadership role.
