Reporting to the Director, Talent, Engagement and Inclusion, this Manager advances IMCO's employee experience mandate. The work spans employee lifecycle diagnostics, journey improvement, engagement action planning, and enterprise listening. The role is a 15-month fixed-term contract supporting cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute annual and pulse surveys through enterprise listening channels
- Translate employee feedback into enterprise priorities and recommendations
- Own the Employee Experience roadmap and journey priorities
- Manage recognition, wellness, inclusion, and employee experience programs
- Establish action-planning tools, reporting, and follow-through
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive relevant experience
- Experience with Workday Peakon Employee Voice or comparable platforms
- Strong quantitative, qualitative, analytical, and data storytelling skills
- Experience influencing enterprise initiatives and cross-functional stakeholders
