We’re seeking a hands-on, strategic marketer to help design and execute go-to-market plays that accelerate growth in Intuit’s Emerging Mid-Market segment through our valuable and influential network of accountants. In this role, you’ll help translate business priorities into integrated Marketing programs for high-value accounts, working closely with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue—while also nurturing leads through the Sales funnel. You’ll work across the organization with internal partners like Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Analytics, as well as external agencies to develop and execute high-impact, AI-driven campaigns in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a track record for developing and launching demand gen and nurture campaigns tailored to the buyer journey, effectively combining Sales and Marketing motions and seeing programs through from idea to outcome.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning — develop and execute data-and AI-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and lead nurture strategies, including identifying target accounts, setting goals, and mapping customer journeys.
  • Develop and execute integrated GTM plays — use AI propensity and intent signals to score and tier accounts dynamically, then package AI-assisted campaigns, plays, and personalized content to move accounts between tiers and help deliver channel commercial targets.
  • Support the design and delivery of ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many) tailored to specific account clusters and industry segments across channels including email marketing, webinars, paid media and events.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing and Analytics to define target audiences, refine messaging, and ensure alignment and seamless execution from lead generation to customer acquisition.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops and Sales Ops to maintain visibility into funnel performance, lead flow, and conversion health across the Emerging Mid-Market segment.
  • Use data and insights to identify what’s working, where to optimize, and how to scale successful plays across accounts and channels.
  • Contribute to campaign planning and quarterly business reviews, bringing insights that inform investment and prioritization.
  • Champion clarity and collaboration across teams — ensuring Marketing, BDR, and Sales motions are aligned around shared goals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, demand generation, or ABM, ideally focused on mid-market or commercial audiences.
  • Understanding of B2B funnel stages, pipeline conversion, and Marketing-to-Sales alignment.
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, content, events) and leveraging AI to drive engagement and pipeline.
  • Working knowledge of Marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce) — able to translate program goals into system execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into next steps.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment and influencing across diverse teams.
  • Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented — equally comfortable strategizing and executing, as well as managing multiple initiatives simultaneously to deliver strong results.
