With 2-3 years of hands-on experience, you will conduct thorough inspections, guide training for receivers, and monitor compliance with health regulations. Your key duties will help maintain inventory rotation and high-quality produce standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards from suppliers
- Train receivers and monitor their adherence to practices
- Audit inventory for First In First Out adherence
- Identify and report quality issues during cooler audits
- Document all product rejections to facilitate proper disposition
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Quality Assurance preferred
- At least 2-3 years Produce Quality Assurance experience
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong ability to work independently
- Intermediate software skills in Microsoft Office
