Coordinate global impact programs at IREX headquarters in Washington, DC, using partnership engagement and operational coordination skills. This role requires in-person work at least two days weekly, including Wednesday.
As a Program Coordinator, you will support IREX's Global Impact Hub and YLAI activities through program operations, participant advising, stakeholder communications, and event logistics. You will manage recurring workstreams, maintain accurate records, coordinate training and travel, and support reporting across United States-based and international activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate program workflows, calendars, records, platforms, and inboxes
- Support Canvas training enrollment, materials, tracking, and troubleshooting
- Advise participants and maintain responsive stakeholder communications
- Coordinate travel, procurement, events, payments, and reconciliations
- Collect data and support reporting, evaluation, and process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and two-plus years of relevant work experience
- Partnership coordination with businesses, universities, accelerators, or entrepreneurship organizations
- Strong written, verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Data management, financial tracking, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Microsoft Office Suite and project collaboration tool proficiency
