Interior Health seeks an experienced, dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse for its Long-term Care team. The LPN assesses patients, plans and provides nursing care, and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team. Practice follows BCCNM standards, organizational policies, and unit-specific protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and plan individualized nursing care
- Implement and provide personal care collaboratively
- Administer oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications
- Follow BCCNM competency guidelines and practice standards
- Work scheduled days, evenings, and nights
Requirements:
- Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program
- Equivalent education, training, and experience may qualify
- Current full practicing BCCNM licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Experience as an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse
