In this role, you will work on weekdays, providing essential support in rehabilitation programs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, executing treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and assisting with daily living activities. Your contributions will help deliver effective therapy both in homes and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement rehabilitative treatment plans under therapist supervision
- Assist clients with daily living activities and support independence
- Monitor and evaluate client progression during therapy sessions
- Facilitate group and individual therapy programs in various locations
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care
Requirements:
- Graduate of a recognized Rehabilitation Assistant Program
- One year of recent related experience preferred
- Valid BC Driver's License required
- Willing to work flexible, on-call shifts as needed
