This full-time relief RN role within the Cardiac Inpatient unit offers a chance to assess and implement client-centered care. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while ensuring the well-being of patients responds to their evolving health needs. Your nursing practice will be based on strong scientific knowledge and commitment to quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams effectively
- Deliver client-centered care addressing individual health needs
- Use specialized knowledge in nursing science for practice
- Maintain flexibility in working various shifts, day and night
Requirements:
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
- Current registration with BCCNM
- Basic Cardiac Course completion within six months
- BCLS certification within last three years
- Cardiac Surgery Basic Theory Course completion needed
