The position involves recruitment administration, confidential support, and guidance for hiring managers and employees. You will manage job postings, offer letters, applicant data, and recruitment communications while keeping team priorities aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer routine recruitment inquiries by email and phone
- Prepare offer letters and secondment agreements
- Manage references, verifications, and Criminal Record Checks
- Collect vacancy data for recruitment metrics
- Coordinate sourcing initiatives and recruitment events
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum three years of related work experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem solving skills
