Working within a multidisciplinary care team, you will provide clinical supports across available services. The position involves specialized treatment modalities, case management, and community support for clients experiencing mental health, substance use, or developmental disability issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and evidence based treatment
- Deliver case management and community support
- Respond urgently to clients when required
- Use specialized treatment modalities and therapies
- Support individuals, groups, and families
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse designation
- Experience working with complex mental health needs
- Ability to support problematic substance use concerns
- Availability for Monday to Friday day shifts
- Ability to travel within the local catchment
