ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST / TECHNICIAN

For more than four decades, Stone & Associates has built a reputation for thoughtful design, enduring client relationships, and projects that span residential, commercial, hospitality, and heritage environments throughout Ontario.

Our work is highly personal. No two projects are alike, and neither are the people behind them. We believe the best solutions emerge through careful planning, technical expertise, collaborative teamwork, and a genuine understanding of how people live, work, and experience the spaces around them.

As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are interested in meeting the right Architectural Technologist or Technician. Someone who values precision, takes pride in technical excellence, and enjoys translating design intent into clear, thoughtful, and well-executed construction documentation.

Qualifications include:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, or equivalent hands-on construction experience
  • Experience with REVIT, or the aptitude and willingness to become proficient
  • Working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (Parts 3 and 9)
  • Ability to prepare detailed technical drawings for permit submission and construction
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Stone & Associates values experience in all its forms. While many successful candidates come from architectural or design programs, we also recognize the value of practical construction knowledge and a genuine commitment to learning.

If you’re someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, takes pride in producing thoughtful, accurate work, and wants to contribute to projects that are carefully considered from concept through construction, we’d like to hear from you.
